  • World Ski Connect

    Adi Bernasconi.

    Adi is a certificated ski race coach in Switzerland, with a total of 38 'back-to-back' winters in both Switzerland and New Zealand.

    Adi has spent 4 years on the Junior World Champs circuit coaching the best of New Zealand's younger athletes, attending a variety of International events.

    He was also an Olympic coach in Salt Lake City (2002)

  • World Ski Connect

    Leighton Winsloe. Leighton has only recently finished is ski racing (due to injury) but was constantly one of the top racers in NZ Competing in 2 World Junior Championships and qualifying for the 2009 World Championships. He has also recently completed stage 1 & 2 Instructors cert. This will be Leighton second season with WSC. Leighton is also holds a private pilots licence.

    Cedric Maret. Cedric is a certified Swiss Race Coach with over 15 years experience in Switzerland and New Zealand. He has obtained his Swiss Federal Ski Coaches Qualification that includes the Swiss Olympic Coach Formation Level 1 and he is also currently sitting his level 2. Cedric has completed his apprenticeship in Business of Economics along with speaking 4 languages (French, German, English and Spanish). Before coming for World Ski Connection Cedric worked 6 years in the Valais Regional Performance Centre as a Ski Race and Personal Conditioning Trainer. Then he moved to the West Switzerland Inter-Regional Team as a Race Coach. Each year Cedric is also on the Ski Club Crans-Montana organising committee for European and World Cup Races.

    Michael Jachacy Having grown up ski racing with his local ski club in Scotland, with which he still assists. Mike raced extensively throughout Europe and North America with the Scottish ski team. He is a Level 2 qualified instructor and alpine race coach. He has 14 seasons experience coaching ski racing with Brittish groups, 5 years in New Zealand and is returning for his 5th years with World Ski Connection
