Training
 | Coaching in Free skiing, General ski technique, Gate training, Video analysis and Physical training.
| | Mainly Slalom and GS will be trained.
| | Also a few days SG training is possible, depending on snow conditions and lane space.
| | Normal training day is from 9 am until mid afternoon, minimum 5 days a week.
| | Dryland training and viewing Video analysis occurs in the afternoons and evenings.
| | We will have access to a Gym and Gym hall. |
Our priority is race training and while we realise race points are important, we will generally only target races within a day’s travel, that we feel our athletes will benefit from. With the FIS Racers, we will participate in various FIS Races around Switzerland.
If required we can attend events outside of Switzerland by arrangement. (E.g. International Youth events, and selected FIS events.)
